In a housing market we currently deal with and unprecedented interest rates as seen by our generation, 258 Renovations was a refreshing, efficient, and more-than-capable team to work with. From Raul meeting with us at any point needed, to his attention to detail, him and his team have delivered. Our basement reno (keep in mind this is a complete renovation) had started in early December of 2024. Today, 1/22/2025 we have studs, electrical, plumbing, drywall, and prime paint complete. I decided to go through 258 renovations to do some work in my home in menasha. The drywall done in the basement was flawless and they made the place look like a whole new home. They replaced the broken sliding glass door, broken windows, repaired damaged doors and wall and tore up old carpet and installed flooring matching the rest of the home perfectly. They also repaired our garage and driveway and beautified our deck and made it all around safe for the kids to play on. They were so easy to work with, always kind, patient, and professional. Mitchell and Raul were easy to work with and made the stressful process a breeze. The work was done in a timely manor with exceptional quality.
